Each client is invited to an initial design consultation at our showroom in Belfast, for a relaxed friendly chat and a coffee. We work from a client centred approach with a balance of creativity and collaboration. Each kitchen begins with you. We listen to your ideas and how you envisage you and your family using and living in the new space.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
Once we have a clear understanding of your needs and wish list we start to build our vision. Our research stage gathers inspiration from architecture, textures of materials, colour schemes etc, before beginning our design process. When working on a design we don’t design the kitchen in isolation, we believe consideration of the adjoining living spaces is important in delivering a final room design created in alignment with the overall concept of the space. We strive to exceed your expectations on the design and functionality of the space.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
You will be invited back for a design presentation approximately two weeks after your initial consultation. In our dedicated presentation space, you will be presented with a full room design, quotation, internal drawings, along with a full specifications breakdown including proposed choice of finishes, fittings, worktops and appliances.
DESIGN PRESENTATION
When you are happy to proceed with the design and an initial deposit is paid, required tweaks and changes are amended to finalise your ideal scheme. We work closely with your site team carrying our site surveys, providing mechanical and electrical drawings and any additional structural measurements required. We pride ourselves in providing an excellent level of customer service at every stage of your kitchen journey with us, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable process from design through to installation.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once final technical drawings are signed off, your kitchen will move into the production stage, handed over to our highly skilled craftsmen to create your truly bespoke kitchen. Our team will co-ordinate a suitable fitting schedule. Installation is undertaken by our team of experienced fitters, including hand-painting if required, stone templating and snagging.
